Conveyor belt is widely applied to automatic assembly lines,electronic industry,food industry,plastic foaming lines and heat handling,roasting and washing lines.

The belt is made from tightly wounded flat spirals, alternatively with left and right orientation. The spirals are produced from circular section wire - DP 200 or from flat wire - DP 100. The connecting cross rods are straight, eventually finished with grooving. The winding density is determined, better then by s parameter, by the number of coils per unit of the belt's width.

Material: Good quality stainless steel wire, carbon steel wire, electrical galvanized wire, iron chrome aluminium wire, and nikel chrome wire etc.Weaving and characteristics: It is formed by pre-bending to shape and weaving. Another option in case of this belt is the edges securing. The loops, eventually edges of spirals, are secured, according to the material type, by welding or braze welding. Uses: It is used in metallurgical, mining, petroleum, food, mine producing, beverage, pharmaceutical, glass-ceramic, electronic software delivery, and many other industries in machinery and transport machinery and transport online.
